Time for Some Spring Cleaning

cleaning supplies, Kelly's Kleaning knows it's spring cleaning time so here are some home cleaning tips.

Spring is here and that means it’s a perfect time for some spring cleaning! Take a few days, or even one of your weekends, and get to cleaning.

Time to Reorganize?

Have you ever thought about moving some of your furniture around and re-organizing? Pick a room and decide how you want to rearrange it! As you’re moving your furniture around, be sure to clean the floor. Chances are if you haven’t moved that couch in a while, there is lots to clean underneath it. As you’re rearranging, be sure to wipe off and clean any surface area. This can include appliances such as your fridge, oven, washer, dryer, and more. Move the fridge front and get behind it to clean. Every cobweb and every dust bunny won’t know what hit them!

Time to Replace?
As you’re reorganizing and rearranging your rooms, you may find things that are broken. Instead of keeping it, consider replacing it. As they say, “out with the old, in with the new!” Spring is a perfect time for that!

Time to get outside!
With the warmer weather, get outside and check around the exterior of your home. Are there any trees or hedges overgrowing? Are any gutters hanging down? Does your front or back porch need some cleaning or power washing? Use the nice, warm weather to clean up outside so come summer you can relax and enjoy your backyard!

Spring cleaning is a great way to make your home shine after the winter blues. For more spring cleaning tips, check out our past blogs. After you’re done you can sit back, relax and catch up on a series or enjoy the beautiful outdoors! Interested in having a deep spring cleaning done at your house?
